These days, it’s easy to assume that the younger generation is always outgoing or surrounded by a big friend group. Social media is filled with pictures of large gatherings, trips, and friendships that look straight out of a Bollywood movie.
But in reality what i feel that people truly treasure is their alone time, be it extrovert or introvert, the concept of social battery is very real. But sometimes just sitting in your room with a cup of tea and a book is not enough. There are many ways you cherishing your me-time. Going on solo dates is a new trend, one which i am fond of.
When you go out by yourself to a cafe or even a movie the experience if it is really different when you go with someone.
Apart from making conversation, exhausting social interactions there is a peace of enjoying the moment at a place of your choice which can never go wrong.
Watching a movie alone means you get to pick what you actually want to see, with no interruptions or debates over which genre to choose.
There is a unique freedom when it comes to going out by yourself.
More than anything, solo outings help build confidence. They teach you to enjoy your own presence, make decisions independently, and find joy in the little things. So, the next time you hesitate about stepping out alone, give it a try—you might just find it incredibly liberating.
