Indore (Team Newsbuddy): A free workshop on stress management was organized at Urjaswini Child and Development Center located in Baikunth Dham Colony of Saket Nagar, the topic of which was Yogic Way of Stress Management.
In the first session of the workshop, Yogacharya Rupal Modani advised to control stress through ABC strategy. He told that stress management is possible by adopting the verses of Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras by Maharishi Patanjali in life.
In the second session, Yogacharya Aarti Ujjaini taught subtle exercises and chair Surya Namaskar to relieve physical stress. For those sadhaks who cannot sit on the ground, the tricks of modified Surya Namaskar were told so that all sadhaks can get the benefits of Surya Namaskar.
After this, in the third session, Yogacharya Prarthana Dubey taught the art of relieving stress through Hasya Yoga and also explained the method of purifying the eyes by controlling thoughts through Tratak.
All the participants who attended the workshop actively participated and enthusiastically adopted these ancient but effective methods of relieving stress.
The yoga teachers not only taught the techniques but also explained the scientific and spiritual significance behind them, so that the attendees could connect deeply. The aim of the workshop was that in today’s fast-paced lifestyle, people should maintain a balance between their mental and physical health.
This workshop made it clear that with regular yoga, meditation, humor and right thinking, not only can stress be controlled, but a happy, balanced and healthy life can be lived.
This workshop was informative and beneficial for all the participants.
