JioCinema reveals more big names to its Galaxy of Superstars for IPL 2024

For the first time, Virender Sehwag will do commentary in Haryanvi.
Shane Watson and Mike Hesson join Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers, Suresh Raina, Anil Kumble, Eoin Morgan, Robin Uthappa, Scott Styris, Parthiv Patel, Aakash Chopra, Zaheer Khan, Graeme Smith and Brett Lee as the new members of the commentator panel.
Mumbai, (Team Newsbuddy): JioCinema today revealed the addition of new additions to the galaxy of superstars in its expert panel for the 2024 Tata Indian Premier League. India’s favorite sports carnival will be brought to fans and viewers for free on JioCinema in 12 languages – English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, with Haryanvi making its debut.
Virender Sehwag, one of the world’s most explosive opening batsmen in a never-before-seen avatar, will lead the Haryanvi language presentation on JioCinema for the first time. Similarly, Ajay Jadeja will make his debut as a Gujarati language expert. The former India captain and MI Emirates batting coach will also be seen in the Hindi and Hangouts feeds.
The addition of IPL champion Shane Watson and former New Zealand coach and Royal Challengers Bangalore director of cricket Mike Hesson, Sehwag and Jadeja will further deepen the impact of the programs being presented at JioCinema as fans will be able to watch the top franchise teams until recently.
After playing for Delhi Daredevils and Kings XI Punjab, Sehwag took up the role of mentor with the Punjab franchise. This time fans will see his witty style in Haryanvi language. Man of the Match of the 2012 IPL Final Manvinder Bisla will also join Sehwag in the Haryanvi feeds.
After winning titles with Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings, Watson continues his stellar journey in the Tata IPL with JioCinema. He won the Player of the Tournament award in the inaugural season with the Royals, while his match-winning unbeaten 117 for CSK in the 2018 final against Sunrisers Hyderabad has been regarded as one of the best innings ever in the IPL.
One of the brightest minds in cricket – Mike Hesson will continue his journey with Tata IPL as the expert for GeoCinema. Having coached Kings XI Punjab and served as Director of Cricket Operations with Royal Challengers Bangalore, the Kiwi professional Hesson will sit down with some of the most iconic players he has coached in the IPL, including legends Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers.
