78 villages people fell victims of food poisoning during Holi celebration

There were not enough beds in Sanawal Sub Health Center for not one or two but more than 400 victims from 78 villages. Looking at the situation, the health department is engaged in treating the villagers by setting up camps.
In the case, the Chief Medical and Health Officer of the district, Dr. Basant Singh said that mainly people of 78 villages including Sanawal, Dindo, Ramchandrapur, Bagra have been affected. The number of affected is around 400. They have been brought to Sanawal Sub Health Center for treatment.
CMHO said that the villagers have fallen victim to food poisoning due to eating and drinking during Holi. Everyone’s condition is normal. The health department is constantly monitoring the situation. He said that it is also being investigated where the affected people have eaten and drunk in the last two-three days.
