Cyber Pathshaala: IIST hosts workshop to curb cyber crime

Indore Police is continuously organizing various programs to curb cyber crimes and to create awareness among people about it.In the workshop organized by Pithampur Personal Fraternity at Indore Institute of Science and Technology Rau, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Crime Indore and team reached and made everyone aware about cyber crimes.
Under Cyber Awareness, in a workshop organized on various topics by Pithampur Personal Fraternity at IIST College, Additional DCP Crime Rajesh Dandotia, in his 208th workshop, informed everyone about the various types of cyber crimes of the present time as well as various types of cyber fraud and financial fraud etc. on the basis of case study of complaints of cyber crimes received by the police. He told everyone that in the present time, we are using new technology every day in this virtual world, so it has become very important for us to take care of our digital security.
We can avoid these cyber crimes only by being fully aware and alert and keeping in mind small precautions and not sharing our personal data with any stranger.
Senior advocate of Madhya Pradesh High Court and former president of Bar Council Girish Patwardhan, M.M.Rao and P.D.Sharma, Director General of Indore Institute of Science and Technology Arun Bhatnagar and 120 representatives of industrial institutions participated and discussed various topics along with awareness on cyber crime.
The program was conducted by Rajiv Mujumdar, President of Pithampur Personnel Fraternity and vote of thanks was expressed by D.M. Nama.
