Prakash Club distributes sports material to players

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): The 84th summer training camp of Prakash Hockey Club, which is known as the oldest nursery of hockey in the state, began under the chief hospitality of former international player Mirranjan Negi and former MP captain Devendra Bundela. On the very first day of the camp, 50 hockey sticks, balls, track suits and water bottles for drinking in summer were distributed free of cost to the players by the organization.
Prakash Club secretary Devkinandan Silawat said that the camp is completely free for all. In the camp organized at the practice ground in front of Daily College, nutritious food will also be given to all the players by the organization. Special guests on the occasion of inauguration were social worker Narendra Dev, Jitendra Bhilware, Dr. Hemant Shukla, former DSP DK Tiwari, KS Kapasiya, Vinita Negi, Dr. Mandakini Silawat. Along with Mirranjan Negi, Ashok Yadav, Sarwar Khan, Shailendra Verma, Vivek Yadav, Dr. Rafiq Khan, Ramesh Jhirwar will give training in the camp. Guests were welcomed by Deepak, Ajay Sarda, Ashish Tiwari, Prem Prajapat, Bunty Yadav, Sandeep Verma, BR Yadav, Dr. Suresh Malviya, Dr. Wahab Khan, Advocate Sunil Bourasi, Neeraj Tandon, Haleem Khan, Anees Khan. The function was conducted by Akshat Yadav. Prathamesh Raje Silawat expressed his gratitude. Silawat said that apart from sports training during the camp, players will also be given fitness training keeping in mind the needs of the modern era. The film Chak De India, based on the life of the camp’s head coach Negi, played an important role in making the national sport hockey popular again in the country. Star actor Shahrukh Khan played the role of Negi in this film.
