State Press Club, MP, Sanskar Bharti host rangoli campaign for voting awareness

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): With the aim of generating interest of people towards voting in the great festival of democracy, Lok Sabha elections, State Press Club, MP and Sanskar Bharti, District Indore tried to convey the message through Rangoli at four places in the city.

Rangoli was made at the main gate of Rajwada, the heart of Indore. In the approximately 200 square feet rangoli, Maa Ahilya was kept at the center and people were encouraged to vote. Another rangoli was also made in Abhinav Kala Samaj premises. A finger symbol was made in the middle of this rangoli.

The citizens observed both the rangolis and expressed their resolve towards voting by taking selfies with them. In the next phase of the campaign, rangolis will be made at 56 Dukan Indore on Monday and at Palasia Selfie Point on Tuesday.

Main artist Chhaya Malamkar said that Vaishali Malamkar, Sakshi Jain, Chanchala Punekar, Ramesh Malamkar, Swati Supekar, Avani Punekar, Avinash Motiwale were the co-artists. One quintal of rangoli will be used for the rangoli of all three days.

Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargav, Sanjay Taranekar, Sudhir Subedar, Vishwas Purkar, Dinesh Dave, Rohit Agnihotri, BJP media in-charge Ritesh Tiwari, Ranjana Thakur, senior journalist Abhilash Mishra and Sudesh Tiwari observed the rangoli. Praveen Kumar Khariwal, Meena Rana Shah and Alok Vajpayee welcomed the guests on behalf of State Press Club, MP.
