MLA Shrimant Gayatri Raje presides over Pragati Club’s summer camp closing ceremony

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): The 45-day summer camp organised by Pragati Athletics Club and Dewas District Softball Association concluded with the chief guest Shrimant Gayatri Raje Pawar presiding over the programme. Manoj Rajani, special guest Pradeep Singh Sisodia, Meenakshi Devi Sisodia, Naveen Solanki, Anupam Toppo, Bharat Chaudhary and Sachin Joshi as the chief guests. The guests were welcomed by Director Shri Anil Srivastava, Secretary Rajiv Srivastava, Bharat Verma, Yogesh Dwivedi, Pawan Yadav, Shivnarayan Tandi, Smt. Sushma Arora, Niranjan Yadav, Shailendra Chandravanshi, Arun Kushvanshi, Shrikant Atwal, Sudama Sharma, Devraj Sangte, Bharat Vishwakarma etc. The welcome speech was given by Shri Chandrapal Solanki. Information about the club was given by Shri Manoj Rajani. He also explained the important role of Pragati Club in the construction of the stadium and said that this ground used to be of ITI and there used to be big pits in this ground which were levelled by the players of Pragati Club with their efforts and as soon as I became the Authority President, I resolved to build this stadium and completed the work. And today I am happy that at least 400 to 500 players are getting regular training on this ground. Pragati Club has given 6 international players, two Eklavya players and one Vikram award player to Dewas from this ground. This has been possible due to the tireless efforts of brothers Anil Shrivastava and Rajiv Shrivastava. Chief guest Smt. Gayatri Raje Pawar said in her address that I am committed to complete the work that is left incomplete in this stadium. She also assured to start work soon on the athletic track to be built at a cost of Rs. 7 crore and asked to inform the sports officials. She blessed all the officials and players of Pragati Club and asked them to give all possible help to the club. The guests distributed mementos and T-shirts to the outstanding players. On this occasion, international players, Dr. Devika Chaudhary, Priyanshi Chaudhary, Baby Singh, Aayushi Singh, Pushp Modi, Dev Chaudhary, Ritesh Malviya, Sonu Vishwakarma, Aarti Kumawat, Sonali Kushwaha, Meenakshi, Shivam, Saumya Chaudhary, Anushka Verma, Rishabh and other players were honored.
