PIMR hosts 20th National Research Methodology Workshop on Advanced Business Modeling

Indore(Team Newsbuddy): The seven-day 20th National Research Methodology Workshop on the theme “Advanced Research Methods for Business Modeling.” commenced at the PG campus of the Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore.
The workshop focuses on “Advanced Research Methods for Business Modeling.” Participants from different states across India, including Jammu and Kashmir, Indore, Mumbai, Gwalior, and Bhopal, are attending this event, which aims to identify the best research methodologies and practices.
Inaugurating the workshop, Dr. S.S. Bhakar, Group Director of PIMR, emphasized the importance of advanced research methodologies in today’s dynamic academic and business environments. He highlighted that the workshop reflects the institute’s commitment to fostering research excellence and innovation in business management. Dr. Bhakar stated that the workshop aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and tools to excel in their research endeavors. He also mentioned that this workshop represents a significant milestone in PIMR’s efforts to promote academic excellence and research innovation. He added that by bringing together experts and scholars from diverse regions, PIMR is solidifying its position as a leading business research and education institution.
The workshop convener, Dr. Alok Bansal, elaborated on the workshop’s objectives and emphasized its relevance in enhancing research capabilities and encouraging innovative approaches to business modeling. Senior faculty member Dr. Shweta Mongre informed that in the technical session of the first day’s workshop, Dr. Bhakar focused on systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. Participants engaged in hands-on training with leading software tools such as Dimensions and VOSviewer, gaining valuable insights into the latest research techniques. Dr. Mongre further explained that the workshop aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of critical areas of research methodologies, empowering researchers to contribute effectively to their respective fields. Participants will delve into advanced topics such as regression modeling, structural equation modeling, and financial modeling throughout the workshop, enhancing their research capabilities and encouraging innovative approaches to business modeling.
