Indore’s Soham Patwardhan to lead Under-19 cricket team for Australia tour

India’s Under-19 cricket team has been announced for Australia tour. Indian team will play ODI and four-day matches against Kangaroo’s Under-19 team in Australia. Indore’s Soham Patwardhan has been made the captain of this team for the four-day series. Mohammad Aman has been made the captain for the ODI series.
Soham is adept at bowling with both hands
Cricketer Soham Patwardhan is a rare talent, who bowls with both hands along with batting. Batting left-handed, Soham bowls off-spin with right hand and orthodox with left hand, which makes him dangerous against opposition batsmen.
Three generation cricketer
Soham’s father Nikhil Patwardhan is also a former Ranji cricketer, he told that Soham’s grandfather was also a cricketer, thus this cricket is part of the third generation of his family. Soham had performed brilliantly in many tournaments like Cooch Behar Trophy, for which he was rewarded.

Rahul Dravid’s son also included
BCCI announced different squads on Saturday. The names of many Under-19 players included in the team announced for the Australia tour are in discussion, which also includes the name of Samit Dravid, son of former Team India head coach and legendary cricketer Rahul Dravid.
