Program on depression, suicide prevention held

Raipue (Team Newsbuddy) In a program organized by Lions Club and Vishwa Sindhu Seva Se Sangam, Dr. Meena Pinjani, trainer healer counselor of Yoga Prana Vidya, said that population, goods, facilities, tourism are all increasing, but with this depression and stress are also increasing. Everyone is feeling lonely. There are countless people everywhere, yet people are victims of loneliness.

Tips given by CA Rajni Pinjanine.

There should be some practice in our daily routine so that there is a rescue system before a fire breaks out. If some practice is a part of our syllabus, then we can handle every kind of problem.

Give priority to mental health

1 Social fitness- reduce screen time, have conversations with family, society, friends at the workplace, build positive relationships.

Have food once a day with family.

All family members should do pooja or prayer together once a day. If you are helpless, then support someone
2 Help- If you are stressed or depressed, still be ready to help the people around you. This will increase your usefulness and satisfaction.
3 Take care of people
Observe the people around you, if someone looks sad, depressed or abnormal, then take special care of them.
4 Rhythmic Yogic Breathing- Deep breathing helps in stress reduction and emotional balance.
*Ksham Sadhna- Relationship problems are also a reason for depression. For this, Ksham Sadhna should be done regularly.
Meditation on Earth Peace Regular meditation maintains our aura. Helps in positive energy and positive attitude.
Energy Healing- The non-contact technique of drug-free treatment helps in the treatment of physical and mental diseases.
