MLA Yadav gets relief from SC, bail granted

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): MLA Devendra Yadav, who has been in jail for the last six months in the Balodabazar violence case of Chhattisgarh, has got a big relief. The Supreme Court has accepted his bail plea.

It is worth noting that Devendra Yadav was in jail since August 17. A total of 187 people were arrested in this case, out of which 28 have got bail so far. He is accused of playing a role in inciting violence. The police issued him notice four times, but he did not appear to give a statement. He had said that if the police want to take the statement, they can come to his office and take it.

However, on receiving the notice for the third time, he went to Balodabazar and met the Superintendent of Police. Let us tell you that investigation is also going on against Devendra Yadav in three other cases.
