Indore(Team Newsbuddy): A campaign is being run in Indore on the instructions of Collector Shri Ashish Singh to check school and other vehicles. Under this campaign, special checking of vehicles was done today by the Regional Transport Office Indore. A fine of Rs 1.5 lakh was collected against 3 vehicle operators for negligence.

During the special checking campaign of school vehicles by the Regional Transport Office Indore, the speed of the vehicle, speed governor and documents were checked. During this, three school buses of Jaysons Academy located in Mhow area of ​​the city were found without permit and without fitness, which were seized and kept in the RTO office Indore. Action was taken against the operators of the seized buses under various sections of the Motor Vehicles Act and Madhya Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act and a fine of Rs 1.5 lakh was collected.

Along with this, school operators and vehicle operators have been instructed to keep the vehicles in proper condition for the safety of children. For this, follow the Supreme Court guidelines and keep all the vehicle documents in order. Under the campaign, checking of vehicles will continue. Along with this, feedback is also being taken from children and parents about the behavior of drivers and conductors etc.
