Global Investors Summit 2025: MP secures ₹6.28 lakh crore investment

Bhopal(Team Newsbuddy): Madhya Pradesh made a resounding impact on the first day of the Global Investors Summit 2025, securing ₹6.28 lakh crore in investments through 12 MoUs across key sectors.
The largest investment came from NTPC Green Energy Ltd. (NGEL) and MPPGCL, committing ₹1.2 lakh crore for a 2 GW renewable energy project. Adani Group followed with ₹1.1 lakh crore, spanning cement, mining, smart metals, and thermal energy. NHAI signed an MoU worth₹1 lakh crore to enhance the state’s road network, while NTPC Nuclear pledged ₹80,000 crore to the energy sector.
Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL) committed ₹60,000 crore for biofuel-based renewable energy projects, and Avaada Group signed a ₹50,000 crore deal for solar, wind, and battery storage plants.
The energy sector saw massive investments, with Power Finance Corporation (₹26,800 crore), Torrent Power (₹26,500 crore), and Rural Electrification Corporation (₹21,000 crore). Hindalco Industries announced a ₹15,000 crore expansion of its aluminum smelting capacity in manufacturing.
Other key deals included OPG Power Generation (₹13,400 crore) and Patanjali (₹5,000 crore in Ayurveda, food processing, and renewable energy).
With these landmark investments, Madhya Pradesh is cementing its position as a top investment destination, driving industrial growth, job creation, and sustainable development.
