Korba(Team Newsbuddy): Chhattisgarh BJP has taken a big action in the case of indiscipline and has expelled the newly elected Chairman of Korba Municipal Corporation from the party. In Korba, Nutan Singh Thakur had contested the election against the official candidate of the Chairman of the party. He had won the poll.
It may be mentioned that BJP has got a bumper majority in Korba Municipal Corporation. The party’s mayor has been elected there. After this, the party made Hitanand Agarwal the official candidate for the chairman election.
Hitanand Agarwal is considered to be the man of Deputy CM Arun Sao. BJP leaders of Korba mobilized over this. It is said that Industry Minister Lakhanlal Devangan and Vikas Mahato made BJP councilor Nutan Singh Thakur contest the election as an independent and sources say that the rebel candidate was also made to win. Nutan got 32 votes.
