Target of planting 11 lakh saplings, Himanshu Prajapati visits Pithampur

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): M.P.I.D.C. Executive Director of Regional Office Indore, Himanshu Prajapati visited Pithampur area to review the proposed tree plantation and ongoing civil, electrical, infrastructure work and maintenance works in Pithampur Industrial Area.
In this rainy season, the Urban Administration and Development Department has set a target of planting 11 lakh saplings in Pithampur area, for which Prajapati visited the area and identified such places where tree plantation can be done. In this regard, a meeting with industrialists was held under the chairmanship of Collector District-Dhar in the auditorium of Niryat Bhawan, SEZ here.
Water Treatment Plant was also inspected by Prajapati. He directed the officials of M.P. I.D.C. to pay special attention to the cleanliness of the water treatment plant and to do proper maintenance of the plant from time to time. Prajapati also inspected the place of the storage tank being constructed for the arrangement of water supply in the developing Pithampur Sector-7.
Prajapati has clearly instructed the officials to repair and clean the drainage to get rid of the problem of water logging and drainage blocking in the rainy season. During the visit, he also reviewed the shifting and construction work of the electric line.
During the visit, Prajapati visited the engine division of Volvo Eicher Company, where the company representative Adarsh Srivastava assured to plant 15000 saplings in this rainy season.
