Indore(Team Newsbuddy): Omaxe Limited, a leading real estate developer, is set to redefine Indore’s urban landscape with a ₹1,200 crore, 450-acre integrated township in the Super Corridor. Projected to generate ₹2,500 crore in revenue over three years, this landmark project will feature residential plots, commercial spaces, schools, healthcare, and hospitality facilities, developed in phases with internal funding.
Vineet Kumar, President and Business Head, Omaxe Limited, said, “Since 2005, Omaxe has been shaping Madhya Pradesh’s future with world-class real estate. This township reflects our commitment to transforming Indore into a vibrant, modern living destination.” The project builds on Omaxe’s strong presence in Madhya Pradesh, with 15 projects already completed in Indore, Ujjain, and Ratlam.
Omaxe’s earlier ventures, like the 300-acre Omaxe City in Mayakhedi, have set standards for low-density living, housing over 1,000 families with ample green spaces. Projects such as Anandam and Dream Homes have also won widespread acclaim. During the COVID-19 lockdown, Omaxe supported residents with door-to-door essential deliveries and township sanitization while providing rations, hygiene facilities, and wages to construction workers, underscoring its social responsibility.
Strategically located in the Super Corridor, the new township capitalizes on Indore’s growing connectivity and upcoming metro services.
