Three-day “Manthan 2025″ kicks off with “Utopia Unplugged”

Indore(Team Newsbuddy) : Central India’s largest college cultural festival, “Manthan 2025 – Utopia Unplugged,” was inaugurated with great enthusiasm at the Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore. The opening ceremony was graced by Dr. Lalit Singh, Vice Chairman of TelioEV and TelioLabs, as the Chief Guest, and renowned violinist Dr. Anupriya Deotale as the Special Guest.
In his address, Dr. Lalit Singh praised Manthan as a creative and vibrant platform that fosters innovation, leadership, and teamwork among students. Encouraging the youth to “unplug” their ideas and explore new possibilities, he said, “That is the true spirit of Utopia.”
Manthan Head Rupal Chaudhary presented the annual report, highlighting the wide range of competitions, workshops, and cultural events scheduled over the three-day festival.
The inaugural session was also addressed by Dr. S. S. Bhakar, Group Director, and Col. (Dr.) S. Raman Iyer, Director, PIMR UG Campus, who motivated the students to channel their creativity and talents through the Manthan platform.
A special highlight of the event was the mesmerizing violin performance by Dr. Anupriya Deotale, accompanied by tabla, which captivated the audience and filled the auditorium with applause.
The day began with a graceful classical dance performance by a student from the Law Department, setting a vibrant cultural tone for the celebration. This was followed by the Gold Medal ceremony honoring meritorious students, with proud parents in attendance. The medals were presented by Dr. Shweta Morge and Dr. Suchita Gupta.
Over the next three days, Manthan 2025 will feature an exciting lineup of events — including fashion shows, music and dance performances, drama, art exhibitions, debates, and other competitions — drawing participation from hundreds of students across Madhya Pradesh.
