Ahmedabad: When stress, digital overload, and emotional fatigue has taken over human lives today, the pious land of Yashobhoomi (IICC), Dwarka in New Delhi witnessed a divine, spiritual consciousness through rhythm, music, and meditation. With over 6000 participants from India and 15 other countries spectacle to this global gathering, the three-day Intensive Shivir Program called “Shree Lalita Rudra Trishati Deeksha Level 3 and Rhythm of Universe” conducted by Acharya Ishan Shivanand marked a splendid balance of mental and emotional well-being.

‘Rhythm of the Universe’, a soulful letting go of the past, was inspired by the ancient Shivyog tradition, emerging as an advanced and scientific form of a traditional bhajan evening. Acharya Ishan Shivanand, who is a world-renowned mental health researcher and spiritual guide, ensured that the exuberant crowd experienced mental peace and joy through Shivyog bhajans, meditation, and rhythmic music as he renditioned them with his jubilant, powerful expressions, tones, and vocals. The participants are immersed in deep mental relaxation and emotional balance through cautiously selected sound frequencies, immersive soundscapes, and mindful meditation. With the continuous, collective chanting and rhythmic, soulful music, the people could attain mental fortitude and inner peace.

Following this, the Lalita Rudra Trishati Level-3 initiation was organised for the practitioners under the Shri Vidhya Sadhana Path at the Yashobhoomi for two days, which paved the way for surrender to the divine and empowerment of the soul. Bhajans and meditations led to intensification of further energy where one is inspired to – let go of the past beliefs, unwavered belief that Shiva loves you as his child, and understanding that you are unique, the chosen one.

Meanwhile, another Shivir of the Lalita Rudra Trishati Level-3 kicked off in Ahmedabad with enthusiastic chants of Har Har Mahadev, bhajans, Shiv Manas worship, and the collective recitation of the Bhavani Ashtakam by young devotees, which made the whole environment – Shivmay. Children were motivated to meditate, build confidence, and become resilient in their lives. The daily recitation of Shri Lalita Rudra Trishati Level 3 helps Sadhaks overcome their shortcomings, enduring good relationships, and achieve success. Ishan Ji also stressed upon the importance of devoted focus and meditation, spiritual guidance from a Guru, and humility as pride and arrogance can be an obstacle in the divine’s grace.

The successful conclusion of these grand spiritual experience events exemplify the power of the Indian Sanatan Dharma that can lead a being from humanity to divinity, and ultimately to Shivahood. Dr. Ishan Shivanand rightfully said that modern research is confirming music and meditation as the powerful tools for mental health, which was long approved by the Indian Sanatan tradition. Participation of people in huge numbers also reveals the global impact of Indian Yoga, music, and mental health. Sanatan Yoga practices are becoming global solutions today!
