PIMR to host PICOM-2026 on January 9–10

Over 350 global academicians to deliberate on resilient leadership for sustainable growth


Indore: The Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore, is set to host its 21st International Conference, PICOM-2026, on January 9 and 10, 2026, bringing together leading voices from academia and industry to deliberate on the theme “Resilient Leadership for Sustainable Growth.” The two-day global academic event aims to address emerging leadership challenges and sustainable development strategies in an increasingly complex and technology-driven world.
The conference will be graced by Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sahay, Vice-Chancellor of Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur, is the Chief Guest. Eminent Keynote Speakers include Lieutenant General Kulbhushan Hanumant Gawas, CEO, Telecom Sector Skill Council, New Delhi; Prof. (Dr.) Rajneesh Jain, Chairman, Board of Studies, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore; Dr. Dhairy Kumar Pandey, Assistant Professor, IIM Sambalpur; Dr. Sandeep Poddar, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research & Innovation), Lincoln University College, Malaysia; and Prof. Dr. Mark Olson, TEDx Speaker and creator of the PIVOTAL Infinity Marketing Canvas®. Ms. Sophie Henn Vennet will attend the conference as a Special Guest.
Chairman of the Prestige Education Foundation, Dr. Davish Jain, said that PICOM-2026 will serve as a powerful platform for collaboration between academia and industry.
“With participation from over 350 academicians, researchers, and professionals from India and abroad, the conference will emerge as a strong forum for knowledge exchange, innovative research, and forward-looking ideas essential for sustainable growth,” he said.
Dr. S. S. Bhakar, Group Director, PIMR Indore, stated that the conference will foster meaningful discussions on how resilient leadership enables organizations to adapt to changing environments and achieve long-term sustainability.
He emphasized that PICOM-2026 reflects PIMR’s commitment to academic excellence and industry relevance.
Conference Organizing Secretary Dr. Anukul Manish Hyde said the event will offer researchers an opportunity to present original and innovative work across multiple academic tracks.
“Keynote sessions and interactive panel discussions will provide valuable insights into emerging business models, leadership strategies, and technological trends shaping the future,” he added.
The conference is expected to witness participation from over 350 delegates representing more than 20 Indian states, including Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.
In addition, representatives from international universities and institutions in Poland, Brazil, Nigeria, Vietnam, Canada, Bangladesh, and the United States will also take part, underscoring the global stature of PICOM-2026.
