Raipur : Ashutosh Pradhan, 2009 batch officer of Indian Revenue Service, has been appointed as Expenditure Observer for Bastar Lok Sabha constituency by the Election Commission of India.

Expenditure Observer Ashutosh Pradhan reached Bastar Lok Sabha constituency and took a meeting of election expenditure accounting monitoring teams in Jagdalpur today and gave necessary guidelines. He gave instructions to ensure special vigilance in inter-state borders. He observed the Election Expenditure Accounting Cell, various monitoring teams and the media center of Media Certification and Monitoring Committee established in Bastar District Panchayat Office and gave necessary guidelines.
