Moscow: Terrorists opened fire on people at a large event venue in Russia’s capital Moscow, killing 70 people and injuring more than 100. But Kirby says that the US had no prior information about the attack. He further said that he did not believe the prior warning about Friday’s attack. The US official said that the US State Department has advised all American citizens to avoid going to concerts or shopping malls after the shooting incident.
