PIMR students, faculties walk on ramp; give mesmerizing dance performance

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): Students and faculties of the Prestige Institute of Management and Research’s PG, UG, and Law campuses walked the ramp in colourful costumes on “Paridhan Diwas” on Monday. This event marked the beginning of the three-day cultural festival “Manthan” which will commence on April 4. During Paridhan Diwas, badges were given to all the directors, faculties, members of the organizing committee, students, and girls of the institutes. Students gave mesmerizing dance performances and showcased their talent during the rock bands and competitions.

Colonel Dr. S. Raman Iyer, the UG Campus Director of Prestige Management Institute, said that the objective of Paridhan Diwas was to encourage students and support our cultural heritage. The theme of this year’s Paridhan Diwas was “Cultural Fusion Fiesta”, aimed at promoting and understanding our cultural heritage.
Dr. Raja Roy Chowdhury, the head of Manthan, and Dr. Devasish Mallik, Senior Director of the Prestige Institute of Management and Research PG campus, announced that the three-day Manthan will be inaugurated on April 4 at the UG campus of the PIMR. The festival will feature several cultural events, music, fashion shows, and over 14 competitions. On the last day of Manthan, renowned DJ Tejas will perform live at Labhanga Garden.
