Liquor scam case; Anwar Dhebar’s bail plea rejected

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): The bail plea of ​​Anwar Dhebar, who is in jail on judicial remand in the liquor scam case, has been rejected. The hearing in the excise scam was held in the Special Court of Raipur on Saturday (April 4). At the same time, in another hearing, former IAS Anil Tuteja also did not get relief, he has been sent on 2-day ED remand.
ED also attached 115 properties worth Rs 116.16 crore of Anwar Dhebar. At the same time, during the last hearing, the court had sent Anwar Dhebar, Arvind Singh and Arunpati Tripathi to jail on 14-day judicial remand. All three accused will remain in jail till May 16.

Anwar Dhebar had filed a petition for bail, for which May 4 was fixed for hearing. Today, after a long debate between the two parties, the court rejected the petition of Anwar Dhebar.
