According to the police, there was a dispute between Manish Rathore and Vikram Rathore for a long time regarding transport work. After which Manish prepared this crime scene and carried out the incident through contract killing.

In the case, Narayanpur Superintendent of Police Prabhat Kumar said that we had found the clue in 3 hours and after getting the clue, our team reached the criminals with the help of Durg, Bilaspur and Raipur police. 6 people have been arrested in the whole case. In which 5 are habitual criminals who have recently returned after serving jail. At the same time, the mastermind of the whole case Manish Rathore is still absconding. Who is being searched.

Narayanpur SP disclosed that Manish Rathore has also played a big role in the case of posting threatening letters to journalists in Narayanpur district and putting up fake Naxalite banners threatening public representatives in the city. Many cases are going on against Manish Rathod in the past as well. Manish Rathod met the shooters in jail. Where they had prepared a preplan to execute the incident.

The incident happened on last Monday night around 10 o’clock, when Vikram Bais was coming to his house from the Transport Union office. Meanwhile, 3 miscreants who were following Vikram Bais stopped him near his house in Bakhrupara and attacked him with an axe first, due to which Vikram fell down from his bike. Then the miscreants fired 3 bullets from a pistol at Vikram. Vikram Bais was hit 3 times in the head, chest and stomach. He was brought to the district hospital in a bloody condition, later he died. After the murder, Narayanpur SP immediately formed 3 investigation teams and started looking for clues.
