In Chhattisgarh, “liquor” is being sold on higher price

Raipur(Team Newsbuddy): The Excise Department has taken major action in the case of selling liquor at government liquor shops in Chhattisgarh for more money than the fixed price. The department is going to blacklist four liquor shops in the capital Raipur. Liquor was being sold at these four liquor shops by charging more money from the people.

People told that liquor is being sold for much more money than the fixed rate of liquor.

The team of the Excise Department reached different shops in the city and purchased samples. Over rate was confirmed in sample purchasing. The Excise Department team found that liquor worth Rs 110 was being sold for ₹ 120 and liquor worth Rs 140 for ₹ 150. That is, ₹ 10 to 20 rupees more were being charged on every bottle. After this, the department has started the process of blacklisting the liquor shops of Pandri Kachana, Gogaon, and Urla.
