IIM Indore achieves high rankings in FT Executive Education Rankings 2024
2 min readIndore (Team Newsbuddy): In a remarkable debut, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has secured the 3rd spot among Indian Institutes of Management and the 61st position globally in the Financial Times (FT) Executive Education (Open) Rankings 2024. Additionally, IIM Indore has ranked 3rd among IIMs and 85th worldwide in the Executive Education (Customised) category. This achievement places IIM Indore among the top 100 business schools globally for executive education programs.
The FT Executive Education Rankings are prestigious, evaluating business schools based on various criteria that measure the quality and effectiveness of their executive education programs. IIM Indore’s strong performance in these rankings underscores its commitment to providing high-quality educational experiences for executives globally.
“IIM Indore’s impressive debut in these rankings reflects our dedication to delivering top-notch educational experiences for executives worldwide,” said IIM Indore Director Prof. Himanshu Rai. “We currently offer over 250 executive education programs in various formats—online, offline, and across different durations. We believe in education for all, and in today’s evolving world, upskilling is essential.”
IIM Indore is renowned for its carefully curated programs that cater to the needs of executives. The institute’s commitment to academic excellence is reinforced by its Triple Crown accreditation, making it the second IIM to receive this honor and placing it among the top 1% of business schools globally.
“We now aim to be in the top 50 globally in the Open Executive Education Programmes ranking in the coming years,” Prof. Rai added. The executive education programs at IIM Indore are conducted at its campuses in Indore and Mumbai, and the institute also offers courses in the UAE and the Middle East, boasting an alumni base of over 800 in the region.
Notably, IIM Indore has achieved the second-highest score among Indian business schools in “Overall Satisfaction” with a remarkable 9.15 out of 10, indicating a high level of participant contentment in the Open Executive Education Programme category. Additionally, IIM Indore leads in “Faculty Diversity” with a score of 80, showcasing the diverse backgrounds of its teaching staff.
In the Customised Programmes category, IIM Indore has excelled in several key areas, achieving the highest scores among Indian business schools in “Preparation” (73), “Programme Design” (86), “Teaching Methods & Materials” (87), “Faculty” (85), “Follow-up” (89), “Aims Achieved” (87), “Value for Money” (86), and “Future Use” (80).
