Rahul calls media blackmailer, CM Sai asked: Do media institutions agree?
1 min readRaipur (Team Newsbuddy): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has strongly objected to Rahul Gandhi calling media a blackmailer and sellable and has asked media institutions across the country whether they agree with this statement of the Congress prince?
Rahul Gandhi, in one of his interviews, has directly accused the Indian media and called it a sellable-blackmailer. Rahul has said that – “The media system of India is no longer a media system. To put it simply, the media is a system that blackmails politically to earn money.”
On this, CM Sai has written in his social media handle X that – Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has called the Indian media a blackmailer and sellable
Rahul Gandhi has said in a recently aired interview – “The media system of India is no longer a media system. To put it simply, the media is a system that blackmails politically to earn money.” I want to ask the Indian media institutions whether they agree with this extremely objectionable statement of Rahul Gandhi?
Apart from this, Rahul Gandhi has insulted the state and its media in particular by giving the example of Chhattisgarh. This is condemnable. Without any facts, he has accused the Chhattisgarh government of giving one thousand crore rupees to the media. We condemn this too. This statement of Rahul Gandhi is extremely objectionable and an attack on the fourth pillar of democracy. This is an emergency mentality. I appeal to all media institutions to take cognizance against this statement of Rahul.
