World Environment Day: Chhattisgarh State Rural Bank plants trees

Raipur(Team Newsbuddy): World Environment Day was celebrated in Chhattisgarh State Rural Bank, Corporate Office Nava Raipur under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Bank, Vinod Kumar Arora. On this occasion, the Chairman took a new initiative and got the elderly parents and children of the bank’s employees to plant trees and gave the message of their involvement in environmental protection. The Chairman of the Bank said on this occasion that “Environmental protection is our moral responsibility and every citizen should make maximum efforts to protect it. During the program, various types of plants like Neem, Ashoka, Kadam were planted. All the employees of the bank took an oath to protect the environment and take care of the plants, water them from time to time and monitor them. This program was not only successful in spreading awareness about environmental protection, but it also strengthened the spirit of unity and cooperation among different age groups of the society. This effort of Gramin Bank is definitely an inspirational step, which will inspire other institutions to work in this direction in the coming time.
