Steps taken towards making Clean Indore a Green Indore

Indore to create record by planting 51 lakh saplings in the campaign

Indore: The massive plantation campaign of Maa Ahilya’s holy city Indore has now become a mass movement. It is a matter of great happiness that along with my family members of Indore, famous personalities are also participating in this movement.

The above sentiments were expressed by Madhya Pradesh’s Urban Development and Housing and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya after planting a sapling in the BSF campus.

On this occasion, along with Minister Vijayvargiya, famous actor Sunil Shetty participated in the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign and planted a sapling in the BSF campus. It is worth noting that a pledge has been taken to plant 51 lakh saplings in a week in Indore. Under this, plantation is being done on a large scale every day. On this occasion, Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargav, State Press Club, MP President Praveen Khariwal, MIC member Rajendra Rathore, Jamnadas Chandwani along with a large number of soldiers and common people were present.
