Indore to Bengaluru: Air India Express to start new daily direct flight from Sept 1

Indore(Team Newsbuddy) : In a boost for passengers traveling from Indore to Bengaluru, Air India Express, known for its international flights from the city, will begin operating domestic flights from Indore for the first time. Starting September 1, the airline will launch a daily direct flight to Bengaluru, marking the fourth flight from Indore to this destination.

Air India Express, a budget airline and subsidiary of Air India under the Tata Group, currently operates international flights from Indore to Sharjah twice a week and to Dubai once a week. TK Jose, state president of the Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI), announced the new domestic route, highlighting the affordable fares compared to existing options.

Currently, IndiGo operates three flights between Indore and Bengaluru. The new Air India Express flight will provide an additional afternoon option for travelers, departing Bengaluru at 1:55 PM, arriving in Indore at 3:45 PM, and then departing Indore at 4:15 PM to arrive in Bengaluru at 6:15 PM.
