CM Dr. Mohan Yadav, new system will be implemented regarding operation of night markets

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): On the instructions of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, a new system will be implemented in the operation of night markets and commercial institutions in Indore. In this regard, soon a new action plan will be made and the market and commercial institutions will be operated at night. Collector Ashish Singh has earlier canceled the order regarding 24-hour operation for various commercial/industrial/office etc. institutions in BRTS corridor from Niranjanpur intersection to Rajiv Gandhi intersection in Indore city with immediate effect.

It is noteworthy that today Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav had a meeting with the ministers, MLAs and other public representatives of Indore division through video conferencing. In this meeting, Urban Development and Housing Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya had raised the issue regarding effective ban on illegal drug trade and implementation of new system regarding operation of night market and commercial institutions in Indore. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav immediately directed that a detailed action plan will be made in Indore soon and new system will be implemented regarding night market, industrial institution, office operation etc. Illegal drug trade will also be effectively banned. Strict action will be taken against the big culprits.
On the instructions of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Collector and District Magistrate Shri Ashish Singh on 13th September 2022 imposed Section 144 of M.P. Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, M.P. Shop and Establishment Act 1958, M.P. Under the Labour Laws (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2015, the amended Factories Act 1948 and the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act 1915, the order issued for permission to various commercial/industrial/office institutions etc. to operate 24×7 i.e. night services (24 hours) in the 11.45 km BRTS corridor from Niranjanpur Square to Rajiv Gandhi Square in Indore city has been cancelled with immediate effect.
