Irfan Ahmed appointed as coach of Indian Junior Tennis team
1 min readIndore (Team Newsbuddy): Irfan Ahmed has been appointed by the Indian Tennis Association as the coach of the Indian Junior Tennis Team for the ITF World Junior Team Tennis Championship to be held in Czech Republic. Indian Tennis Association Secretary General Anil Dhupar said that ITF World Junior Team Tennis Championship will be held in Prostějov, Czech Republic (Europe) from 5 August to 10 August 2024. In which apart from India, England, France, Italy, Germany, Ecuador, Czech Republic, USA will participate. , Canada, Brazil, Morocco, Tunisia, Japan, Korea etc. teams will participate in this ITF World Junior Team Tennis Championship.
Under the leadership of Irfan, the Indian team qualified for the World Group by finishing runners-up in the Asia Oceania held in Malaysia. In this ITF World Junior Team Tennis Championship, the Indian boys team included 1. Tavisha Pahwa 2. Rithik Katkam 3. Fazal Ali Mir and Irfan Ahmed (captain) have been appointed as coaches.
Madhya Pradesh Tennis Association Secretary Anil Dhupar, President Anil Mahajan and all the office bearers congratulated Irfan Ahmed on being appointed as the coach of the Indian Junior Tennis team.
