Government issues advisory for Indians living in Israel

Tel Aviv (Team Newsbuddy): The Indian Embassy in Tel Aviv has advised its citizens living in Israel to follow safety protocols.

In a post on social media platform X, the Indian Embassy wrote, “Given the current situation in the region, all Indian citizens in Israel are advised to remain vigilant and follow safety protocols as advised by local authorities.”

It further said, “Please exercise caution, avoid unnecessary travel within the country and stay close to safety shelters. The Embassy is closely monitoring the situation and is in regular contact with Israeli authorities to ensure the safety of all our citizens.”

The Indian Embassy has issued helpline numbers +972-547520711 and +972-543278392 on behalf of the Embassy in case of any emergency.

It is noteworthy that after the killing of Ismail Haniya in an Israeli attack on Wednesday, the possibility of increasing tension in the Middle East countries has strengthened. A large number of Indian citizens live in many Gulf countries including Israel.
