Mayor Bhargava announced that the notification, which paves the way for the regularization of all 531 plots in Tulsi Nagar, will be published in the coming days. He added that a formal document regarding this will be presented to the Tulsi Nagar Residents’ Association by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, likely on August 25. The Mayor further assured residents that the remaining plots in Tulsi Nagar would also be regularized soon. According to the notification, all plot holders in Tulsi Nagar, who are covered by this notification, will be required to pay a development fee to the Municipal Corporation for infrastructure upgrades within the colony.

Ward 37 Councilor Sangeeta Mahesh Joshi highlighted that this is the third major development project brought to Tulsi Nagar by the Municipal Corporation within the past month. Earlier, an ₹8.1 million Narmada pipeline was laid in Sector B of the colony, and a ₹2.4 million ground-breaking ceremony was held for the development of Ananteshwar Garden.
