Indore enforces Drone, aerial restrictions ahead of President Murmu’s Visit

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): In preparation for President Droupadi Murmu’s two-day visit starting September 18, police have implemented a ban on the flying of drones, paragliders, and hot air balloons in key areas of the city. The restrictions cover a 3-km radius around Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport, MG Road, Residency Kothi, and Bhanwarkuan intersection.
The ban, which is effective from September 17 to September 19, excludes commercial flights and is aimed at ensuring security during the President’s visit. Violators will face legal consequences, according to officials.
During her visit, President Murmu will engage in discussions with traditional weavers at the “Mrignayani Emporium” and visit the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain. On September 19, she will also attend the diamond jubilee convocation of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year
