Olympic medalist Manu Bhaker meets Chief Minister Sai
1 min readRaipur (Team Newsbuddy): Paris Olympics 2024 bronze medalist shooter Manu Bhaker met Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai at his residence here this evening. Chief Minister Shri Sai welcomed Ms. Manu Bhaker to Chhattisgarh and said that the whole country is proud of your achievement. Manu Bhaker has come to Chhattisgarh to participate in the closing ceremony of the 27th All India Forest Sports Competition organized in the capital Raipur.
It is noteworthy that Manu Bhaker has won bronze medal in 10 meter air pistol event and 10 meter mixed doubles of Paris Olympics 2024. Ms. Manu Bhaker is the first Indian female shooter to win an Olympic medal.
About 3000 players from 29 states, 08 union territories, 06 forestry institutes and Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change have participated in the said competition in the capital Raipur. Olympic medalist Manu Bhaker, shooter, will be specially present in the closing ceremony to encourage the players and create awareness about the sport
