_A fire broke out due to AC explosion in a home interior design office located on the first floor of a house in Devendra Nagar Sector-1, Raipur. Office operator Arif Mansoor Khan and his female colleague died in this accident. With the help of fire brigade and police, both were taken to the hospital, where doctors declared them dead.
Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): A horrific accident took place this evening in Devendra Nagar police station area of the capital Raipur, in which two people including a woman lost their lives. A sudden fire broke out in the house of Bhupendra Jain located in Devendra Nagar Sector-1 at around 8 pm. It is being told that the fire broke out in the rented house located on the first floor, where a home interior design office named Automation Art used to run. According to preliminary information, the cause of this fire is said to be an explosion due to a short circuit in the AC, which spread fire throughout the office.
In this accident, Arif Mansoor Khan, director of Automation Art, and his female colleague were badly burnt. As soon as the fire was reported, the fire brigade and police force reached the spot, who after hard work controlled the fire and both the injured were sent to Ambedkar Hospital. However, the doctors declared both of them dead. The police, who reached the spot, took stock of the situation.
Loud explosion sound came from the office
According to the information, suddenly a loud explosion sound came from the office, after which flames started rising there. The local people immediately informed the police and the fire brigade and tried to extinguish the fire on their own, but the intensity of the fire was so high that it became difficult to control it.
