Indore (Team Newsbuddy): Organized by Madhya Pradesh Tennis Association under the aegis of Indian Tennis Association and sponsored by Godrej Properties Ltd. and Yellow Diamond, Arthav Neema and Daksh Prasad of Madhya Pradesh displayed excellent performance in the first round of qualifying of the ITF World Tennis Tour M-25 (Men) $ 30,000 tennis tournament and made it to the second round.
In the first round of qualifying of this prestigious international tennis tournament which started on Monday at Indore Tennis Club, wild card holder Arthav Neema of Madhya Pradesh defeated Paritosh Panwar of India 6-0, 6-3 in straight sets. Daksh Prasad of Madhya Pradesh defeated Rishit Dekhane of India 6-1, 6-1 to enter the next round. In other matches, Aniruddh Rao of USA defeated Anup Bangargi after a brief struggle 6-3, 7-6(2), Rohan Mehra of India defeated Arkhip Kozlov of Russia 3-6, 6-0, 10-3, Ha Mih Duc Yu of Vietnam defeated Vatsal Manikantan 6-3, 6-2, Aryan Lakshmanan defeated Chahir Warik 6-3, 6-4, Priyanshu Choudhary defeated Aditya Vardhan 6-1, 6-1, wild card holder Krish Tyagi defeated Bikramjeet Singh Chawla of USA 6-2, 6-2.
Ukrainian player also showed his strength
Ukraine’s Veddym Kobovchuk showed his strength and entered the second round by defeating India’s Aniket Venkataraman 6-0, 7-5. Anurag Agarwal defeated Arthavaraj Balani 6-3, 6-1, Yash Chawrasia defeated Udit Kamboj 6-0, 6-3, Kirthivasan Suresh defeated Ayush Sharma 3-6, 6-4, 10-3 in a tough fight, wild card holder Neeraj Yashpaul defeated Turkey’s Ozan Avandaoglu 6-3, 6-4, wild card holder Prasad Ingle defeated Sarthak Sudan 6-3, 7-6 (3) and entered the next round.
