Maharishi Valmiki District Level Football Competition 2025

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): Three pre-quarter final matches which were played under the Maharishi Valmiki District Level Football Competition being played at Indore Nehru Stadium ground.The first match was played between Ghosi Club Mhow against Young SF Boys. In which Mhow defeated Young SF Boys (3-0) and ensured its place in the quarter finals! Mohammad Shakir, Moin Junior, and Moin Senior scored (1-1) goals for their team from the winning team Mhow. The second match of the competition was played between Adivasi United and Sporting Union! Sporting got a one goal lead by scoring a goal in the first half by Dhruv Yadav, while in the second half, Abhishek Vasunia of Adivasi United scored in the last moments! Coming back in the match thanks to a spectacular goal. The match was tied! The score remained tied (1-1) till the stipulated time and the decision was in favour of Adivasi United (5-4) in penalty shoot-out. The third match was played between Young Brothers Football Club and Challenger United Indore. In which both the teams were unable to score a goal till the stipulated time! And its decision was also taken through a penalty shootout. In which Young Brothers Football Club defeated Challenger (5-4) and secured its place in the quarter finals. In tomorrow’s competition, four quarter final matches will be played on 10th January from 12:30 pm.
