Natasha of Karnataka wins Girls Sub Junior Snooker title

National Billiards-Snooker Championship

Indore (Team Newsbuddy):Natasha Chaitanya of Karnataka won the Sub Junior Girls title of the National Snooker Championship organized under the aegis of Madhya Pradesh Billiards and Snooker Association.

In this final match held at Indore Tennis Club, Natasha of Karnataka easily defeated L. Shruthi of Tamil Nadu 39-17 and 63-10. Before this, Shruthi had won the Girls Billiards title by defeating Natasha. That is, in the snooker final, Natasha defeated Shruthi and deprived her of the second title. In the snooker final match, Natasha was dominating from the beginning and she played excellent shots and showed a very composed game.

M.P. Amee, Ishika, Saanvi win
In the senior women’s snooker competition being played at the Billiards Academy at Nehru Stadium, international player Amee Kamini of Madhya Pradesh defeated Grishma Kothari of Gujarat 2-0. Ishika Shah of MP defeated Sri Nidhi of Tamil Nadu 2-0 and made it to the next round. Saanvi Shah of MP defeated R.T. Mohta of Tamil Nadu.
In other matches, Kirthana Pandya of Karnataka defeated Hafifa T. of Tamil Nadu 2-0, Natasha Chaitanya of Karnataka defeated Vijayashree Bhaskar of Tamil Nadu 2-0, G. Shivani of Telangana defeated Snetra Babu of Tamil Nadu 2-0, Sameeksha D of Karnataka defeated Soumya Thakur of MP 2-0, P. Sumiti Dammani of Bengal defeated Padmakshi C. of Tamil Nadu 2-0, Arancha Sanchez of Maharashtra defeated Jiya Sehgal of Punjab 2-0, L. Shruthi of Tamil Nadu defeated Harshitha B. of Karnataka 2-0.
