Raipur(Team Newsbuddy): The much awaited Chhattisgarhi feature film “Lockdown Ke Maya” is going to be released on 15 March 2025 on the occasion of Holi. The entire team of the film is promoting it vigorously. In the last few years, the Chhattisgarhi film industry has waved its flag in regional cinema. It can be guessed that “Lockdown Ke Maya” is proving to be a milestone in this series.
The special thing about “Lockdown Ke Maya” is that most of its shooting has been done in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Also, the scenes of the film were shot in the picturesque locations of Raipur in Chhattisgarh and Kolkata in Bengal.
The film producer and director said that all the things related to lockdown have been shown in this film, including the sting of lockdown and how people were confined to their homes during the lockdown. Famous Chhattisgarhi film actor Pushpendra Singh said that lockdown has also been shown in this film along with entertainment.
The story of “Lockdown Ke Maya” is a little different from routine films. The lockdown imposed during Covid-19 has left an important mark on our lives. Writer-director Mohammad Habib has tried to show the changing nature of relationships and its values in this pandemic period.
