At the launch, Sarthak Sidana, co-founder of Underdoggs, expressed excitement over bringing their biggest outlet to Indore, stating that the venue is designed to unite people through food, sports, and entertainment. Echoing this vision, Samarth Sidana emphasized its mission to make high-quality entertainment accessible and redefine India’s sports bar culture while honoring the vibrancy of smaller cities.
The launch event featured an innovative menu blending global inspirations with local flavors. Guests indulged in Makhani Tacos, an Indian-Mexican fusion; the bold Rajasthani Lal Maas; and Nasi Goreng, an aromatic Indonesian stir-fried rice dish with a regional twist. The bar showcased signature craft cocktails like Don Kesar, a smooth saffron-infused elixir, and Whiskey Masala, a bold, spiced whiskey concoction, perfectly balancing tradition with innovation.
