Encounter in Bijapur: 8 Naxalites killed, firing continues

Bijapur (Team Newsbuddy): A major encounter is taking place in Bijapur district on Saturday. So far 8 Naxalites have been killed in the encounter going on in the Todka area of Bijapur. The bodies of all the killed Naxalites have been recovered by the soldiers.
It is being told that the encounter is still going on. This encounter is going on with DRG and STF soldiers. Todka area falls in Gangaluur police station area of Bijapur district where this encounter is going on. Many automatic weapons are also reported to have been recovered from the killed Naxalites.
