13 POS agents arrested in Operation Cyber Shield

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): Raipur Police has arrested 13 POS agents in a major action under Operation Cyber Shield. These agents have been arrested for selling fake SIM cards.
According to the police, the arrested agents had cheated mule bank account holders by selling fake SIM cards. Police said that these fake SIM cards were being used in United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Myanmar.
Police said that 7063 SIM cards and 590 mobile phones have been recovered from the arrested agents. Police said that these agents have used e-KYC and D-KYC to sell fake SIM cards. This action has been taken under Operation Cyber Shield, which aims to prevent cyber crimes. Police said that further investigation is being done in this matter.
