30 Naxalites killed in Bijapur-Dantewada border

Bijapur (Team Newsbuddy): The force has got a big success in Bijapur-Dantewada border and Kanker, 30 Naxalites have been killed. Bastar IG Sundarraj P. said that firing is going on from both sides till Thursday afternoon. Bodies of Naxalites and many automatic weapons have been recovered from the spot.

Here, in the third incident, two jawans were injured in an IED blast in Thulthuli area located on Narayanpur-Dantewada border. Both are out of danger. Police had received information about the presence of a large number of Naxalites in Gangalore area.

After this, the police launched a joint operation on the Dantewada-Bijapur border. The force had reached Andri area a day earlier. An encounter took place here on Thursday morning. Bijapur SP Jitendra Yadav and Dantewada SP Gaurav Rai have informed that the encounter is still going on.

The security forces have killed 26 Naxalites in Bijapur-Dantewada border and 4 in Kanker.
