CBI raids former CM Bhupesh Baghel, MLA Devendra Yadav bungalows

Bhilai Nagar / Raipur: Early this morning, in the Mahadev case, the CBI carried out simultaneous raids at more than a dozen places. As soon as the news of the raid spread, a sensation spread in the city and people started calling media persons for confirmed information about the news. While investigating the Mahadev Satta App case, the CBI team has raided seventeen places in the state. These include the residences of former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, dismissed constable Bhim Yadav and constable Amit Dubey. The CBI has also visited the homes of 4 IPS officers.

The CBI team is conducting investigation proceedings by raiding more than seventeen places in Raipur, Durg, Bhilai of the state. The premises where CBI proceedings are going on include former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, 4 IPS former IAS, State Administrative Service officers, Chhattisgarh Police officers and employees. These raids were conducted in the early morning. These raids are being linked to the Mahadev Satta App.

The CBI team has raided the three bungalows of the former Chief Minister in Bhilai and Raipur Bungalows of the former Chief Minister’s OSD Manish Banchhor, senior police officers Dr. Anand Chhabra, Sheikh Arif, Prashant Agarwal, Dr. Abhishek Pallav, Abhishek Maheshwari, Sanjay Dhruv, jailed police constable Yadav brothers, Nehru Nagar residence of KPS school director, apart from Anil Tuteja and Bhilai MLA Devendra Yadav, jailed Saumya Chaurasia, former Chief Minister’s advisor Vinod Verma, constable Amit Dubey posted at Cantonment police station in Shanti Nagar Supela. The CBI is conducting raids. As per information, the CBI has carried out raids at 17 places.

Today on 26 3.2025 at around 7:45 pm CBI team came to Devendra Yadav’s sector 5 residence to investigate the Mahadev Satta matter, but Devendra supporters, Bhilai Municipal Corporation Mayor Neeraj Pal, MIC member Aditya Singh, Afroz Khan, Sharad Mishra, etc. are not allowing the CBI officer to enter the house.

Raids are underway at the Sector 5 residence of former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel’s Padam Nagar Bhilai MLA Devendra Yadav and at the bungalow of a senior police officer in Sector 9 Road 17; and at the former Chief Minister’s bungalow and the house of a senior police officer in the capital Raipur; and similarly, at the house of an Additional Superintendent of Police in 32 Bungalow.
