Madhya Pradesh under-13 chess selection tournament begins

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): The Madhya Pradesh State Under-13 Chess Selection Tournament, organized by the All Indore Chess Association, commenced with a formal inauguration at Oriental University, Indore. The event, featuring both Open and Girls categories, was inaugurated by Professor Dr. Dhruv Ghai, Pro-Chancellor, and Professor Dr. Sunil Somani, Vice-Chancellor of Oriental University, who made the ceremonial first move on the chessboard.
Distinguished guests present included Anil Fatehchandani, Yash Tulapurkar, Shailendra Pable, Rajendra Chimnani, and Mahesh Agrawal. The guests were warmly welcomed by Dr. Rajendra Meena, Bharat Singh Raghuvanshi, and S.N. Dubey. The event was efficiently conducted by Madam Madhu Pushpkar, with Dr. Sunil Somani expressing gratitude to all involved.
A total of 110 players are participating in the tournament, which is being held at Oriental University, Indore.
