IMA to host workshop on smoking,smokeless tobacco on June 1st

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): Indian Medical Council Cancer& Tobacco Committee will host a day long media workshop on smoking and smokeless tobacco on June 1st at Hotel Crown Palace. The workshop will commence from 10 am on-wards, media experts,government officials along with social activists involved in anti-tobacco campaigns will deliver lectures to overcome this cause. According to Dr Dileep Kumar Acharya, national chairman IMA Cancer & Tobacco Control Committee, the day long media workshop will features series of lectures delivered by tobacco control experts and eminent media personalities will discuss the role of media in tobacco control and share the good work done by them in this field.

Beside this government officials and social activists involved in anti-tobacco campaign will be also part of the workshop. Meanwhile, Dr Vallab Mundra (President) IMA Indore and Dr Sunil Banthia ( Secretary) IMA Indore will also grace the occasion.
