Orthopedic, Sports Injury Rehabilitation Center begins at IOCI – CHL Hospital 114

Department to work under the guidance of Dr. Vinay Tantuve
Indore (Team Newsbuddy); Orthopedic Department and Sports Injury, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center were inaugurated at IOCI-CHL Hospital 114, Dewas Naka, Indore.
It was inaugurated by famous motivational speaker and athlete Ms. Bhagyashree Sawant. She said that “Injuries in sports are common, but with timely treatment and rehabilitation, both players and patients can recover quickly and move forward in their lives.” The new center will be dedicated to services like treatment of sports injuries of players, orthopedic problems, cardiac and neuro rehabilitation and will play an important role in providing better health benefits to the patients C. Maru (Trustee and social worker), Dr. Vinay Tantuve (Director and HOD – Orthopedics) and Dr. P.K. Sharma (Executive Director, IOCI India) were present as special guests. Many national and state level players also attended the event and appreciated the facilities of the new center.
Dr. Vinay Tantuve (Director and HOD – Orthopedics) said, “This new center will prove to be very helpful for the treatment of sports injuries and bone-joint problems in Indore and the entire Madhya Pradesh. Here, modern technology and a team of experienced doctors will provide the best treatment to the patients.”
Dr. P.K. Sharma (Executive Director, IOCI India) said, “We will pay special attention to rehabilitation and fitness in this center. Our aim is that not only players but also common patients can recover as soon as possible and live a normal life.”
Dr. Raunak Maru (Cardiac Surgeon and Trustee) said – “This center will be beneficial not only for Indore but for the entire central India. Here patients will get world-class facilities and they will not have to go to big cities for treatment.” The program was conducted under the guidance of Mr. Ritendra Singh Tomar
